Our mission is to empower our youth, equip them with knowledge, and assist in preparing for a brighter future.
Our objectives:
Education/ training focus: Increase access to education, funding and training opportunities to increase skills and exposure.
Mentorship focus: Placement in gainful employment, job shadowing opportunities, lasting connection with mentors.
Broader societal focus: Poverty and unemployment reduction, improvement in average academic scores and pass rate in the region, increase in higher education enrolment, and general information on how to get assistance on some issues that might hinder youth’s success (like issues or drugs and mental health)

Impact 1: Reduce the level of limited access to higher education, work opportunities due to factors such as distance, finances, social networks or even access to the internet or computers.
Impact 2: Support young people from rural/township backgrounds along their journey of choosing career paths, seeking work or education opportunities and implementing business ideas.
